Tamara completed her MBA coursework with a concentration in Organizational Leadership through Norwich University, as well as her BS in Organizational Leadership through the University of New England. She is a Certified Master Business Coach and Certified Professional Coach. Tamara is committed to life-long learning, demonstrated by her coursework in Strategic Change Management through Michigan State; Lean Six Sigma and Six Sigma studies through Villanova; and other coursework designed to enhance her skills and knowledge base.
Tamara has a passion for mentoring and coaching others. She is a board member of the Rhode Island Chapter of the Association of Talent Development (ATD) – Bay Colonies, guest lecturer and mentor at Bryant University, and a member of SHRM.
Tamara absolutely loves living in Rhode Island with her husband where she can enjoy the many wonderful outdoor activities that RI has to offer such as gardening, biking, kayaking, power walking, and so much more!
