Tamara O’Neil is an award-winning business leader, Partner and Vice President of Hospitality Sales for Edgestone Staffing, guest lecturer, and published author with more than 25 years of experience spanning sales, finance, operations, leadership development, and organizational strategy. Her career reflects a rare, end-to-end understanding of how businesses grow, perform, and endure—particularly during periods of change, complexity, and transition.

Throughout her career, Tamara has held senior leadership roles including Vice President of Sales and Revenue for a hotel investment firm, where she led a national team of more than 70 sales professionals. She has also served as Director of Finance, General Manager, Director of Sales, and Trainer, building deep expertise across both the operational and human sides of business. This breadth of experience allows her to work effectively with executives, leadership teams, and organizations seeking clarity, accountability, and sustainable results.
